THE WEBER MOVIE COUNTDOWN

WICKED, WICKED (1973)

#151 - forgot how wickedly bad 1973's Wicked, Wicked was. The first movie to be shot in "Duo-Vision," which means you see TWO shots left and right on the screen. Pity there was not enough for one. There's a killer offing pretty blonde guests of a seaside resort. And when there is nothing interesting to show on one side of the screen, we see an elderly organist playing the score from the 1925 Phantom of the Opera. Really. Arthur O'Connell, Roger Bowen, Scott Brady and Tiffany Bolling are among those pulling double duty here. Get it? Aidan could NOT wrap his head around two scenes on the screen at the same time! Information overload!!!
